Notice of temporary office closure

As a precautionary measure due to growing concerns around coronavirus (COVID-19) and in accordance with health guidance from the World Health Organisation, Nikon Australia has decided to close our Sydney Office Wednesday 23rd June 2021. We are still accepting courier deliveries via our Service Centre. Nikon will facilitate pick up and delivery of product free of charge (www.mynikonlife.com.au – Account). Phone and email contact remains unchanged throughout, while there may be some delay in normal operations our goal is to maintain “business as usual” wherever possible.

While we look to minimize disruption in supporting our customers, our utmost priority is the health and welfare of our customers, partners, staff and the wider community.

We understand that this is an evolving situation and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we enact our business continuity and pandemic plans. We will continue to closely monitor the situation, and will keep you informed on any further changes.

By registering a My Nikon Life account (www.mynikonlife.com.au) customers can arrange free of charge delivery via Nikon Australia’s nominated courier. We anticipate there may be a delay in the servicing of your product.
