How do I determine my eligibility for membership?
NPS membership is available to individuals who meet all criteria listed in each local NPS portal.
How do I qualify as a professional photographer/videographer recognised by NPS?
Applicant must be a professional photographer/videographer, which is defined as a full-time, self-employed individual or an employee of a professional imaging business who plays a direct role in the creation of moving or still images for third parties on a professional basis.
How do I apply for membership?
As membership application vary across country/region, you may register directly via the NPS registration form and provide the necessary information required, or contact the NPS team for further assistance.
How long does it take to process the membership?
Typically, 5-7 working days after your details have been verified and approved, you will receive an email with access to the Membership eCard. We seek your understanding that due to the high volume of applications we receive, applicants who do not meet the requirements or do not submit ALL of the required documents may not have their applications processed. Nikon may not notify you in such a situation. Applicants are approved at the sole discretion of Nikon, and we reserve the right to reject any application without providing any reason whatsoever.
What is the membership duration for each successful application?
You will be notified via email of the outcome of your application. Upon each successful application or renewal, the membership term will be valid for 2 years from the date of approval by Nikon.
How do I renew my NPS membership?
You will receive an automatic email notification 30 days before your membership expires with instructions on the renewal process.
