Terms of return

You have 14 days to arrange the return of an order once you have received it, providing the reason for return is in line with this policy.

Returns request procedure

You must provide a valid tax invoice to confirm the item was purchased from Nikon Australia Shop Online.

Returns are not accepted for a change of mind.

Returns for an exchange, refund or repair are available for products that are damaged in transit, faulty out of the box, do not work properly or otherwise do not satisfy the statutory consumer guarantees ("Consumer Guarantees") included in the Australian Consumer Law (Australian purchases).

All returned products are checked to ensure that no parts or accessories are missing. If the check is successful, and the return is accepted by Nikon Australia, our customer service team will contact you in order to refund your payment.

If you return goods that do not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policythey will not be accepted and will immediately be sent back.

The Returns process is in addition to any further rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Australian purchases).Australian Customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee in the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns without respecting the Returns Policy

If you return goods that do not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy, they will not be accepted and will immediately be sent back.

Cancel an order

If you have made a mistake with an order and wish to cancel it, you can do so provided that it has not been shipped.

  • Can I only cancel part of my order?
    Yes, you can cancel part of your order. Please contact our customer service team on 1300 401 200 to update your order.
  • Until when can I cancel an order?
    Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped from our warehouse. Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours from payment confirmation.
  • How can I cancel an order?
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team on 1300 401 200 for details on how to have your order cancelled.
  • Will my payment be cancelled if the order is dropped?
    If your order can be successfully cancelled, our customer service team will send a cancel request to our payment provider to reverse your payment in full and no money will be charged.
Modify order
  • Can I modify an order after payment has been made?

Your order can be modified as long as the order has not been shipped from our warehouse. Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours from payment confirmation.

Please contact our customer service team on 1300 401 200 for assistance to modify your order. They can help to modify your order:

  • If you want to add new items to an order or increase the quantity of an existing order line item.
  • If you want to remove an item from an order or reduce quantities on existing order line items.
  • If you want to modify personal details or change the delivery address
  • If you want to change the delivery mode, that results in a higher or lower total order cost

  • Will my payment be refunded if the order is cancelled?

If your order can be successfully cancelled, our customer service team will send a cancel request to our payment provider. You will have an option of either keeping the amount paid as “Store Credit” for which we will pay you 5% Bonus of the value or reverse your payment in full and no money will be charged.
