TERMS & CONDITIONS:
MINIMUM WORKSHOP GROUP SIZE:
Each Nikon School workshop has been designed to cater to a particular number of attendees. In order to ensure that training is successful for all attendees, we have set a strict minimum group size for each workshop.
If the workshop you have enrolled in has not reached the minimum group size within 5 business days of the date of advertisement, you will receive a cancellation email and a refund for the ticket(s) purchased. To learn more about refund processing times, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our small class sizes and for the consideration of other attendees, Nikon School can only provide attendees refunds up to 3 business days before the event start date. In the event you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms in the days leading up to the workshop, a full refund will be granted.
Please note that refund requests for Nikon Sideline Experience classes will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may only be granted due to severe circumstances as credentials are created by the NRL in advance of the event for each attendee.
For any queries or special requests for refunds, please submit a refund request within your My Nikon Life account. To access the refund request form, please visit Account Dashboard > Nikon School Attendance > View Order > Request Refund. In the refund request form, please select your reason for the refund and which ticket(s) to refund, including Attendee name(s).
You will receive an automatic email confirmation when your refund request has been approved. For questions related to our refund policy, please contact us at school@mynikonlife.com.au.
Please allow up to 14 days to be credited with a refund. The payment method of the person who originally placed and paid for the event will be refunded.

Nikon.com.au gift cards may be used on Nikon School workshops. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
