Cases have emerged where some of our customers have received emails from parties posing as Nikon’s PR partner, requesting collaboration by posting or tagging their photos on social media in exchange for free products.

These emails bear no relation to Nikon nor any legitimate Nikon Group partners. If you receive such an email, please do not reply, or click any links within the email.

The goal of cybercriminals who target individuals through fake emails is to get recipients to reveal sensitive and/or personal information, extract money or to hack your device with malware.

These are some examples of illegitimate email addresses posing as Nikon:
